Margaret went above and beyond my expectations. I had to get to Idaho to help with my mom who was sick and I was running behind getting the house ready. Margaret took over the last part of getting the house ready so that I could go be with my mom -- She is by far the best Realtor agent I've ever worked with and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family! Margaret is FANTASTIC! She is very knowledgeable in all things Real Estate including working through a challenging short sale. She was able to sell one of our condos in West Seattle in less than 30 days and then worked with us for an extended period of time to find the "perfect" home for our needs. She is a master at listening and then guiding without ever getting frustrated. Very responsive to questions any time/any day! She is also just fun to work with!

We've bought and/or sold over a dozen properties in several states. Margaret did everything that we expected of an experienced, professional Realtor. But in our opinion, Margaret goes above and beyond just what is expected. It took my wife and I over 2 years to figure out what the "perfect" next house would be. I didn't count, but I expect we looked at over 100 properties. Margaret patiently worked with us to continue our search. When we found the property we bought, it was a short sale that was very attractively priced. She then worked day and night and week-ends to connect us with the right/best people to get our loan and close on a very demanding schedule. We would not have been successful in finding and buying this home and probably would have just given up without Margaret.

We found out that it's a whole new world of buying real estate now than it was just a few years ago. There are many different types of properties like short sales and each requires experience, knowledge and its own strategy. We learned the value of having a great realtor and are already recommending Margaret to any/all of our family and friends. If you want to sell or buy a property, hire a professional, hire Margaret!
